STEP 1
Top with shredded corned beef, 1 to 2 tablespoons of sauerkraut, and 2 quarters of the sliced cheese. Place in the oven and broil until the cheese melts.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds cooked corned beef shredded
- 2 cups zero carb mayonnaise
- 4 to 6 tablespoons hot sauce I used Sriracha sauce
- 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
- 2 teaspoons organic onion powder
- 2 teaspoons Tamari
- 8 Sola sweet slider buns or homemade
- 4 slices Swiss cheese slices quartered
- 2 cups sauerkraut drained
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the mayo, hot sauce, horseradish, onion powder, and Tamari.
- Cover and place in the refrigerator.
- Preheat broiler to high.
- On a baking sheet, place the bottom buns.
- Top with shredded corned beef, 1 to 2 tablespoons of sauerkraut, and 2 quarters of the sliced cheese. Place in the oven and broil until the cheese melts.
- Smear the top bun with a good amount of the Russian dressing and place it on top of the melted cheese.
