Aaahhh breakfast, the most important meal of the day. But how many of you skip breakfast because you are rush rush rushing in the AM? Or you just grab some coffee and head straight to work *raising hand* I am totally guilty of that one. Then you get going, and time flies, and the next thing you know it is lunch time and you are so hungry you could eat your keyboard!
I am learning that the best thing I can do is plan ahead. If I have my breakfast dishes planned out I will have everything ready to go and there is no question. I just get right to it and bing, bang, boom, I am eatin' some breaky.
Since I figured there were quite a few breakfast skippers like me out there, I decided to put together a little round-up of some quick and easy breakfast type yummies so you can start planning out your morning noshing too.
