Easy No Churn Peach Frozen Yogurt #SundaySupper

Easy No Churn Peach Frozen Yogurt - Quick and easy, this frozen yogurt is better than any store bought version you can find!

Easy No Churn Peach Frozen Yogurt from www.bobbiskozykitchen.com

This week Sunday Supper is bringing you recipes with 5 ingredients of less. Sounds awesome! We all want to simplify life and save a buck right? Ya, I thought so too. That is until I started trying to come up with a recipe for y'all that only used 5 ingredients! Even with water, salt, and pepper as a "gimmy" I was having one heck of a time! For whatever reason, my brain went straight back to breakfast, and bless my Facebook readers hearts, when I posed the question if I would drive them crazy with yet again another breakfast post they all said no. It is OK my friends, I spared you more eggs and went with something I rarely ever do, dessert.

Surprise your kids by dressing up their favorite pudding cups with Spring flair!

Chocolate Pudding Cup Potted Plants from www.bobbiskozykitchen.com

My kiddos are all grown up now, but when they were little I loved to make meals and snack time fun and exciting for them.

Pancake faces?

Yup, did them.

Fruit pizza waffles?

Oh ya, they loved those.

But what was one of their favorite snacks? One that they asked for over and over again?

That is easy! They loved it when I made these chocolate pudding cup potted plants.

I even threw them together for BBQ's and parties. I just threw the cake crumbs in a zipper top baggie, grabbed the Snack Pack pudding cups, and flower topped spoons ( I always had some on hand), and away we went. Oh, I was the "cool Mom" trust me.

Baked Tomato Breakfast Cups #SundaySupper

Baked Tomato Breakfast Cups - these little beauties are healthy, and delicious, and perfect for your next fancy brunch, everyday breakfast, or even a #SundaySupper.

Baked Tomato Breakfast Cups from www.bobbiskozykitchen.com

I know it seems like I am a tad breakfast obsessed lately, and that is quite possibly true. Between Chicken Fried Steak and Eggs, Chorizo Carbonara with my Homemade Chorizo, and Perfect Scrambled Eggs with Asparagus, Goat Cheese, and Chives, there have been a whole lotta eggs crackin' in my kitchen.

I could blame it on Easter. I could say that I got eggs stuck in my head, and it all just kinda snowballed from there. But that would be a lie.

But I can't deny it,

or hide it any longer.

I will stand up and admit it.

Hi, my name is Bobbi and I am an egg addict and eat them every day.....no seriously. I have it bad!

Chicken Fried Steak and Eggs #SundaySupper

Chicken Fried Steak and Eggs - A classic diner dish, update by using thin cut rib-eye steaks and beautiful sunny side up eggs for a delicious protein packed weekend breakfast!

Chicken Fried Steak and Eggs from www.bobbiskozykitchen.com

Highlights of this post:

Kevin and I have had many an argument discussion revolving around the amount of protein, especially beef, that should be present in our diet. I have referred to him as my carnivore, or "caveman", for years. Give the man a slab of beef, and a fire, and he has found his nirvana. All whilst I sit on the side nibbling on my salad. Yes, he has accused me of being part rabbit for quite some time now. But that is not exactly true. How many rabbits do you know that love mac and cheese?

Sheet Pan Chicken Parmesan #WeekdaySupper

Sheet Pan Chicken ParmesanMove over 30-minute meals, one-pot wonders, and slow cooker convenience. Sheet Pan Suppers is my new weekday supper dream!

OK let me begin by saying that Molly Gilbert is a genius! Just one sheet pan, some ingredients, and you are on your way to a delicious, quick, and easy meal with just one pan to clean! Yes, just ONE! The non-dish washing person in me is loving that!!

If you read through the introduction of Sheet Pan Suppers you will see why I am so excited about this cookbook. Molly explains how roasting draws out the natural sugars of juicy meats and crispy vegetables, making “dinnertime candy.” No constant stirring required, no hot oil spattering on you (which is good because I never seem to think about an apron until I am already covered in sauces). No more browning meat before you cook a "simple" recipe. It truly is the way to a simple weeknight meal!

Ally's Kitchen - A Passport for Adventurous Palates + Giveaway

Ally's Kitchen - A Passport for Adventurous Palates - Be prepared to embark on an adventure of the senses when you open this cookbook. Between the droolworthy dishes, the gorgeous table scapes, and the fabulous stories, you are whisked away on Ally's magic carpet for a journey you wont soon forget!

Ally's Kitchen - A Passport for Adventurous Palates

Before I begin to tell you about this book, let me first talk with you a bit about Ally. I "met" ally about 4 years ago. Now when I say "met" Ally I mean we stumbled upon each other in the food bloggy world. I was so new, and sooooo lost. I had no confidence, and really no sense of who I was in the terms of what my blogger "voice" was. Ally kind of took me under her wing. She was so supportive, and so kind. She showed me that food and cooking were not just a means of feeding your friends and family. They were a way to celebrate! Celebrate flavors, and textures. Celebrate the sharing of good food and the time spent with loved ones. She truly is a very special woman and I hope to really meet her someday!

Chorizo Carbonara #SundaySupper

Chorizo Carbonara - Take the classic Pasta Carbonara and mash it up with Mother's Day Brunch, Cinco de Mayo, and National Moscato Day, and this is what you get!

Chorizo Carbonara from www.bobbiskozykitchen.com

Do you ever have those days when you are craving 2 or 3 different dishes and just can't decide which one to eat? I have been craving pasta carbonara like crazy, but Cinco de Mayo is coming up so you know that has my heart aflutter with thoughts of all kinds of Mexican food. Then Mother's Day is closing in and that always makes me think of tasty brunchy kind of food. What's a girl to do, aside from sitting down to a table full of food and totally dismissing whatever ideas she had of fitting back into a bathing suit this summer?

Nay nay I say! We shall not blow our calorie counters out of the water my foodie friends. I will save the day by mish mashing all of my crazy cravings into one fantabulous dish! Ya that's the ticket!
