I don't know about you, but no-bake desserts just make me happy.
#1 Because it is wicked hot here in Western Washington right now.
#2 I big huge puffy heart anything dessert-ish.
#3 Because, well because I hate to bake.
OK, maybe "hate" is a strong word, but I tend to be a bit challenged when it comes to the baking department, so let's say no-bake recipes rank right up there with my BFF.
However, I adore dessert, so now you can understand why these easy no-bake desserts make me so dang happy.
And yes, I will admit that I tend to be easy to please, especially when there is food involved!
So I got to thinking. If I love no-bake recipes this much, AND it is smack in the middle of summer, I bet there are quite a few of you that would enjoy a few new recipes as well.
Am I right?
Just say yes.
Now we have chocolate, peanut butter, fruit, and even ice cream/frozen yogurt to enjoy. All without ever turning on an oven.
I say WooHoooo to that!!

Oh my goodness! I found the Mother Lode! It's so darn fabulous to find so many awesome no-bake recipes all in one place. If I had to pick three favorites, they'd be: Key Lime Cheesecake, Eclair Ice Box Cake, and No-Bake Dirt Pie. 🙂
