The Best Classic BBQ Sauce ever! Not too sweet, not too spicy, guaranteed to please every time from www.bobbiskozykitchen.com
The summer here in Western Washington has just been crazy! 90 degrees, no sign of rain for what has seemed like forever. It is actually the driest summer on record right now.

Like I said,

CRAZY!

I am used to at least 1 or 2 drizzly days during the week. So I am not quite sure how to handle it.

Yesterday we drove to Seattle to visit our son Dylan. He is living on his own, working full time, and going to school full time. His plans are to be a lawyer and, with a 4.0 grade point average, he is well on his way to getting there.

We couldn't be prouder!

This Classic BBQ Sauce is the BEST sauce ever! Everyone that tries it loves it, so I really can't go wrong. It's not too sweet, not too spicy, just a deelish sauce that is good to the very last finger lick! From www.bobbiskozykitchen.com

However, our trip required a 3 hour round trip drive, in 90 degrees, with no AC.

UGH!!

Throw into that some good ol' bumper to bumper traffic, with no hint of a breeze even with all of the windows rolled down, I was a puddle by the time we got home.

At that point, I was begging for rain and if we had gotten some I would have been the crazy girl standing out in the middle of it!

But, even with the crazy pants heat, we crave BBQ just about every day, and last night was no exception.

We just waited until about 8 o'clock to do it!

Since we are smack in the middle of our BBQ-Palooza, I have jars, and jars, and JARS of BBQ sauce in the fridge. One day Roasted Strawberry BBQ Sauce might sound good, then maybe some Alabama White BBQ Sauce the next, Blackberry is always a good choice, and with fall just around the corner, Pumpkin BBQ Sauce is a fantastic choice. But this Classic BBQ Sauce is the one we always fall back on.
