3 cups blackberries, fresh or frozen ( if frozen thaw and drain well)
1 9 inch pie crust ( I used Pilsbury)
For Custard:
1 cup white sugar
1/3 cup all purpose flour
1/8 tsp salt
2 eggs, beaten
2/3 cups fat free Greek yogurt
For Topping:
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cold cup butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine 1 cup sugar, flour, and salt. Add eggs and Greek yogurt, mix until blended. Pour the custard over the blackberries.
In another bowl, combine white sugar, flour, and butter in a food processor. Pulse until mixture looks like sand. Sprinkle on top of the pie.
Bake for 50 to 55 minutes, or until lightly browned. Cool on wire rack.

"Make me" is right. I don't think I could have resisted the lure of this pie. Matter of fact, I'm not gonna. I'm hosting dinner tonight and happen to have some fresh blueberries on hand. This is going on the menu. Thanks so much for the delicious recipe!
