Happy Sunday my foodie peeps!
I know I usually share the menu plan on Monday but, after thinking about it and hearing back from you, I realized that Sunday would be a MUCH better day to share so y'all could shop and get ready before the week starts.
It takes me a beat but sometimes I can be pretty smart

How are you liking the meal plans? Is there anything else you would like to see?
I did get some emails asking for Meatless Monday ideas, so this week I added my Cheesy Tomato Casserole. It is sooo good! I can't get the Mr onboard with meatless meals, but he does love it as a side for his steaks.
I stuck to the Mexican theme for Tuesday and shared one of my FAVE soups. It reminds me of my neighbors Abuela (Grandma) and the wonderful food that used to come out of her kitchen!
The bacon wrapped pork loin? Well, what can I say about pork on pork but YUM! Pair it up with the Cauliflower Au Gratin and the whole family will be asking for more, I promise.
Saturday's meal is a new recipe tot he blog and UBER deelish, and Sunday is a kid-friendly one. It is kind of a sandwich, meats gyro + a taco kinda thing. Who wouldn't like that?
Don't forget those pumpkin pie pancakes! I swear we eat those just about every weekend this time of year.
So, I hope you enjoy this meal plan!
Until next time

I have to be honest: I'd have a hard time without a meat in my dinner meal! I suppose it's a habit. I would give that cheesy tomato casserole a try, however!
