Howdy doody foodie friends! Long time no chat, right?

Have you missed me?

If Y'all don't follow my Facebook page, you don't know that my graceful self, fell into a hole that Sia dug in the front yard.

At first, we thought that I had only fractured my heel, but now we know that I pretty much turned my ankle/heel into a jigsaw puzzle that I am having put back together today.

So this girl will be flat on her back in bed for a few weeks.

Thank goodness football is back, oh and the NASCAR playoffs are starting.

Of course, there is good ol' Netflix with a ton of shows just waiting to be binged!

But, with sports, and movies, and tv shows to watch, there is one thing missing......

FOOD!

But, I can't cook right now 😒

I do have one of those knee scooter thingamajigs but they aren't as easy to use as you might think they are, and hanging out at the kitchen counter, or over a stove, is just out of the question.

Although the one good side to using it is I should end up with buns of steel by the end!

Anywho, back to the food and not just any food, delicious Philly Cheesesteak Bombs made with my fave meat in the whole wide world, Certified Angus Beef ® brand ribeye 🤤

Pardon me drooling but I can't help myself.

Certified Angus Beef ® brand beef is always perfectly marbled so it is juicy and tender and ooohhhhhh so good!

I knew, when I decided to make these awesome little packets of yumminess, that I had to use the traditional ribeye.

These might look like they are complicated to make, but they really aren't.

I mean, I talked Kevin through this and, if he can do it, just about anyone can 😂

I did use onions, and peppers, which strays away from the traditional cheesesteak just a bit. The traditional sandwich just has steak and cheese, which is pretty dang awesome, but I like to have a few add-ons. So there is a teensy bit of chopping that needs to be done, but it really isn't much.

So, if you are looking for the perfect game-day nibble or even just a yummy afternoon snack, these bad boys need to zip the top of your MUST MAKE list!

Just head out to pick up your Certified Angus Beef ® brand ribeye.

I get mine at my local QFC. If you aren't sure where to get your beef head over here and use the handy-dandy store locator.

Don't forget to grab all of the other goodies you need to whip these up.

I would love to hear from you. Let me know where you find your Certified Angus Beef ® brand beef!

Oh, and what do you put on your cheesesteak?
