It is almost here my friends, St Patricks Day! The excuse to drink green beer, wear all of your green garb, and pig out on corned beef.

Traditionally St Patricks day food is cabbage, anything with corned beef, and potatoes. 

Being that I am low carb, the potatoes are a big no-no and I know a lot of people are thinking "How can you have an Irish meal without potatoes?". I get it, I am Irish, but I am here to tell you that the following recipes are guaranteed to please, even minus the beloved potato!

People celebrate St Patricks Day all over the world on March 17th and, of course, the celebrations center around traditional Irish food. But, I am here to tell you, it doesn't have to be only about the corned beef and cabbage. There is so much more!
