- Sucrose: is made up of glucose and fructose and is found in plants.
INGREDIENTS NEEDED TO MAKE KETO BBQ SAUCE

- Sugar-free ketchup
- Wholesome Yum Brown Sweetener
- Cider vinegar
- Wholesome Yum Keto Maple Syrup
- Worcestershire sauce
- Smoked paprika
- Dry mustard
- Onion powder
- Garlic powder
- Crushed red pepper flakes
- Cayenne pepper
- Pink sea salt
Add all of the ingredients for the BBQ sauce to a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer. Let cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Store leftover BBQ Sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
